These terms apply to the Keelwise founding spot deposit. Keelwise is operated by Vladimír Kuzněcov, IČO 09137815, Březiny 16, Děčín 27, 405 02, Czech Republic ("we").
The founding spot deposit is a one-time payment of USD 29 (including any applicable sales tax or VAT) that reserves one of 20 founding spots for Keelwise. Keelwise is in development and is not yet available.
The deposit does not give you access to any product or service before launch.
When Keelwise launches, the deposit will be credited in full against your first subscription payment.
The deposit is fully refundable before launch, for any reason. Email hello@getkeelwise.com from the address you used at checkout. We process refund requests within 7 business days; your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days to show the refund. After launch, the deposit is non-refundable once it has been credited to a subscription.
If we decide not to launch Keelwise, or launch has not happened by June 30, 2027, we will refund every deposit in full without you having to ask.
We will share an expected launch date by email. Features and plans may change before launch; if a change materially reduces what we described on the website, you can request a full refund under section 4.
Payments are processed by Whop. Whop's terms apply to the checkout.
Our total liability related to the deposit is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
