Who we are

Keelwise ("we", "us") is operated by Vladimír Kuzněcov, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 09137815, registered address: Březiny 16, Děčín 27, 405 02, Czech Republic. Contact: hello@getkeelwise.com.

We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. Our analytics are cookieless and do not identify you personally. We store one small technical cookie to remember which version of the page you saw; it contains no personal data.

Payments

Deposits are processed by Whop, Inc. We never see or store your full card details. Whop's privacy policy applies to the data you enter at checkout: https://whop.com/privacy

Who we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run this site:

Whop, Inc. (payments, tax handling)
Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany (hosting and database, EU)
Umami Software, Inc. (cookieless analytics, data stored in the EU)
ImprovMX (email forwarding for hello@getkeelwise.com)

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.

International transfers

Some of our providers, such as Whop, are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Early access data: until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
Payment records: as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires (typically up to 10 years).
Analytics: aggregated, no personal identifiers.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal). Email hello@getkeelwise.com and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.cz), or the authority in your country.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced by email to people on the early access list.
